Is the tour safe for small children?
Yes! The exhibit is entirely self-contained behind secure glass viewports, providing a 100% safe, clean, and interactive environment for visitors of all ages.
Is flash photography allowed?
Flash photography is strictly prohibited inside the enclosure to keep the bats comfortable and stress-free. Low-light photos and videos without flash are permitted.
Do we need to book far in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking in advance during peak holiday seasons (December through April) is recommended to secure your preferred tour time.
